Over the past few weeks, the fitness room on the first floor of the Ahorn-Sportpark has undergone extensive refurbishment. In addition to a comprehensive floor refurbishment, the fitness room has been fitted with new fitness equipment from the renowned supplier SCHNELL Trainingsgeräte. These new acquisitions offer improved, state-of-the-art training facilities for the various users from sports clubs and the numerous courses on offer.

The choice of equipment was based on the long-standing partnership between the Ahorn-Sportpark and the German-based company SCHNELL Trainingsgeräte. The training equipment is designed for highly specialised and certified exercise systems that ensure maximum training success. The equipment incorporates years of experience and the expertise of doctors, therapists and sports scientists. As a result, athletes and clubs can look forward to an improved training environment, which has gained real added value thanks to the new equipment.

The purchase of the new fitness equipment has been warmly welcomed by sports clubs, such as the Ahorn Sport- und Freizeit-Club Paderborn e. V. (ASC).

The improved functionality is also particularly appreciated by the ASC’s instructors, who run various recreational and leisure classes in the gym. “The possibilities offered by the new equipment are truly impressive. It’s great fun working with the course participants on the machines,” says Elke Dröge (ASC instructor).

Prior to the installation of the new fitness equipment, refurbishment work was carried out on the floor to improve the training environment both visually and functionally.
