A Family Sports Festival Invites You to Join the Fun at Ahorn-Sportpark!

The Ahorn Sport- und Freizeit-Club Paderborn e.V. (ASC) and partners are wrapping up the 2026 summer vacation at Ahorn-Sportpark with a wide range of sports activities for all ages. Visitors can look forward to a varied day full of activity, fun, and entertainment at the 13th Radio Hochstift-Ferienfinale on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is free.

Numerous sports clubs and partners from the region will create a colorful, diverse interactive experience with plenty of exciting activities to try out, play, and marvel at.

New this year is a skateboarding activity where children and teens can take their first rides and try out tricks. Visitors can also look forward to many familiar highlights: The bungee trampoline will once again send participants soaring, while the balloon suspended from a crane offers a unique view of the event grounds. In the Sparkassen World, it’s all about climbing, kicking, and jumping with the climbing wall, the bouncy castles, and soccer billiards. Plenty of action also awaits young visitors in the Stadtwerke Paderborn World: With the impressive pirate obstacle course and a pool with paddle boats, exercise and water fun are guaranteed here. The stage program also offers entertainment for the whole family throughout the day. Visitors can look forward to music by KrAWAllo at 3:30 p.m. as well as various show acts and athletic demonstrations.

Thanks to the collaboration with partners Radio Hochstift, Sparkasse Paderborn-Detmold-Höxter, and Stadtwerke Paderborn, admission is free. Refreshments will be available. The ASC and its partners look forward to welcoming many visitors and to an exciting day for the whole family.
