A sporting family festival packed with activities at the Ahorn-Sportpark!

The Ahorn Sport- und Freizeit-Club Paderborn e.V. (ASC) and its partners are bringing the 2026 summer holidays to a close at the Ahorn-Sportpark with a wide range of sporting activities for all ages. At the 13th Radio Hochstift-Ferienfinale on Sunday, 30 August 2026, visitors can look forward to a varied day full of sport, fun and entertainment from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm. Admission is free.

Numerous sports clubs and cooperation partners from the region will create a colourful and varied programme featuring plenty of exciting activities to try out, play and enjoy.

New this year is a skateboarding activity where children and teens can take their first rides and try out tricks. Visitors can also look forward to many familiar highlights: The bungee trampoline will once again send participants soaring, while the balloon suspended from a crane offers a unique view of the event grounds. In the Sparkassen World, it’s all about climbing, kicking, and jumping with the climbing wall, the bouncy castles, and football billiards. Plenty of action also awaits young visitors in the Stadtwerke Paderborn World: With the impressive pirate obstacle course and a pool with paddle boats, exercise and water fun are guaranteed here. The stage programme also offers entertainment for the whole family throughout the day. Visitors can look forward to music by KrAWAllo at 3.30 pm. as well as various show acts and athletic demonstrations.

Thanks to the collaboration with partners Radio Hochstift, Sparkasse Paderborn-Detmold-Höxter, and Stadtwerke Paderborn, admission is free. Refreshments will be available. The ASC and its partners look forward to welcoming many visitors and to an exciting day for the whole family.
